I provide leadership, organizational development, and diversity strategies/best practices to collegiate administrators and student leaders in the areas of student engagement, college student retention and experiential learning. Services include educational workshops and trainings, keynote addresses, organizational assessment and evaluation.
As a consultant, I am equipped to:
  • present workshops on a wide range of leadership and organizational development topics.
  • provide an evaluative analysis of your organization’s student engagement, experiential learning and retention processes and offer recommendations for improvement including staffing development, changes, or training specific to the needs of the client,
  • create training or instructional manuals in support of consultation recommendations related to organizational assessment.

Former workshop clients have included college student leaders and organizations, student leadership conferences, parent workshops (K-12), ministry groups, and church leaders.
